Job description
15+ years in Life Sciences consulting; 5+ years in Omnichannel strategy & execution.
Strong SME for Omnichannel across Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.
Designs omnichannel frameworks across marketing, sales, medical, patient services.
Deep understanding of commercial & medical operations (CRM, MDM, content mgmt., digital platforms).
Knowledge of regulatory & compliance requirements.
Experience with Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud.
Familiar with CDPs, AI/ML personalization engines, marketing automation
Contributes to IP creation, consulting offerings, and omnichannel methodologies.
