Job description
Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle walk-in clients at our residential apartment project site. The role involves explaining the project details and miniature model, assisting customers with apartment selection, and maintaining a smooth client experience.

Tirukazhukundram
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the site
- Explain apartment features, project miniature, pricing & layout
- Maintain client relationships and assist through the buying process
- Handle client queries and provide complete project information
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-up
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working on-site at Tirukazhukundram
- Willing to work in rotational day shifts and week offs
