Job Title
PeopleSoft Administrator
Job Overview
Responsible for building, configuring,
troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft applications in multi-instance
environments. Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of PeopleSoft
applications and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
·
Install,
configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments on UNIX/Windows.
·
Troubleshoot App
Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker issues.
·
Apply patches,
maintenance packs, and PeopleSoft updates via Change Assistant.
·
Monitor and tune
performance across PeopleSoft tiers for optimum operations.
·
Assist in
capacity planning, server growth, and environment upgrades.
·
Maintain security
configurations and ensure compliance with PeopleSoft standards.
Skills &
Attributes
·
Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
·
Hands-on
experience with PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS modules.
·
Knowledge
of SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and Windows PowerShell.
·
Ability
to work independently and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
