Job description
Must Have experienced in ITSM Consultant
Should have experience in process improvement, operational
efficiency, and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
Should have worked with cross-functional teams to identify
opportunities for improvement and optimize ITSM processes to drive business
success
Should have assess current ITSM
processes and identify areas for improvement based on ITIL best practices
Should have define and implement
strategies for optimizing service delivery and management
Establish and maintain effective
communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and senior clients.
Must Have Gen AI/Agentic AI
Knowledge and have hands on experience on Agentic AI implementation with
AIOPs/Smart Ops experience
Strong knowledge on Service
Reliability, Automation and implementation experience on Tools
