Role - The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating service work, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Proven experience in a customer-facing or service role specific to Passenger Vehicle segment (OR) Mechanical Service Advisor (OR) Bodyshop Service Advisor roles.
