Job Title: ARAS
PLM Support Executive
Candidate Specification: Minimum 6 to 12 Years of Experience.
Job Description:
Should have 2-4 years of experience in ARAS PLM
Support role
Provide first and second-level support for ARAS
PLM users, including resolving incidents and service requests via ticketing
systems, email, or direct communication.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical
issues related to the ARAS PLM platform, including application errors,
integration problems, and data inconsistencies.
·
Perform system administration tasks such as user
management, permissions, and configuration changes within the ARAS PLM
environment.
· Demonstrates
the ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new applications and provide
effective support for business operations
Knowledge
on Talend integration is advantageous
