New Car Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct static and dynamic product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers.
• Negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Proactively probe customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly car sales targets, retail finance penetration targets, retail insurance penetration targets, accessories promotion targets as set by the dealership.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services (Constantly update) to provide expert advice to customers.
• Work closely with the support teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in car sales or a related field.
• Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local market and competition.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
