Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
for Life Sciences outsourcing services.
Create proposals, presentations, and value propositions to address
client needs.
Provide domain and process expertise in areas such as
pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, clinical data management, medical
writing, and market access.
Lead the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and other client
inquiries.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, legal,
pricing) to develop winning bids.
Must Have Skills
5–10 years in Life Sciences BPO/KPO, with at least 5 years in a
presales/solutioning role.
Proven experience in responding to RFPs and creating winning
proposals.
Experience engaging with global/US clients preferably
pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies.
