Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operations of the customer contact centre, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and achievement of key performance targets.
Ability to make decisions based on the best interests of customers and ensuring the highest Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Response Time performance are achieved.
Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Must have Knowledge or certification in Six sigma tools and analyse and make recommendations for improvement for internal processes as per requirements.
Communicate with the Client on a regular basis and ensure operational issues are resolved and conduct business reviews periodically.

Key skillset:
Must have experience in International contact centre operations.
