Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of Invoice, Claims, Validation,
Calculation, and Payment processes for a key client in the Business Services
domain
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of
high-volume finance and payment operations.
Lead process optimization, standardization, and automation
initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
Lead and manage a large workforce of employees, including
managers and team leads.
Drive operational stability while managing scale and
complexity.
Skill set
Strong knowledge of Finance Operations, Payment Processing,
Fintech, and Compliance.
Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams (400+
employees).
Deep understanding of SLA management, governance models, and
operational controls.
