Strategize & plan T-school hiring with multiple stakeholders, including business, to understand hiring needs and timeline Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, establishing relationships with colleges and placement cells. Conduct demand and supply planning and mapping. Pay high attention to detail while organizing, scheduling, driving, and tracking interviews for fresher candidates from premium institutes like IITs and NIITs. Exhibit excellent communication skills, as the role demands interactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
