Manager LnD Candidate Specification: Minimum 8+ years of experience into Learning and development. Job description: Provide E2E solution architecture, conceptualize and design learning solutions that address performance requirements and business needs for various campus engagements Tweak solution architecture and/or design to meet change/ramp-up in volume and changing business needs. Manage vendor relationships and communicating with impact, and be able to influence multiple stakeholders ? Campus POCs, Business, vendors, internal teams, trainers. Collaborate with hiring teams to integrate assessments into hiring platforms like Superset. Experience working on skill like SQL, Core Java, C#, Python, Testing, Oracle PL/SQL, Web technologies, Cloud technologies, CIS skills, UNIX/Shell scripting.
