Job description
Lead the design and strategy area of the Compensation and Benefits team. Portfolio will cover driving and designing the quarterly Variable programs including the merit cycles The incumbent holder is expected to also oversee the equity programs including Executive compensation Expertise in developing competitive and market-aligned pay structures including variable pay and other incentive plans. Work with consultants on benchmarking, market intelligence, research & inputs for strategy development and timely rollout Will lead the compensation strategy for the entire organization. Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders: Partner with finance/tax, legal and local HR payroll teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll, and compensation & benefits programs. this role will be inclined towards analytical thinking with experience in developing pay & benefit frameworks for a global organization. The individual will need to have hands-on expertise and good thought process for problem solving. Fast learner with a good understanding of C&B domain. The individual should be a situational thinker and solution oriented. Should be able to lead a team and be a long term team player. Learns new ideas and concepts quickly; demonstrates an immediate understanding of newly presented information; gathers comprehensive information to support decision making; learns from successes and failures and seeks feedback Speaks fluently; expresses opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly; makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence; responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback; projects credibility
