Job description
Manager Candidate Specification: Minimum 12+ years of experience into Legal process outsourcing. Job description: Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for compliance, accuracy, and relevance. Perform due diligence and risk assessments on legal materials. Assist in the preparation and management of litigation documents. Conduct legal research to support litigation and corporate legal requirements. Provide accurate and timely legal opinions and summaries. Ensure compliance with the relevant legal regulations.
