Senior Manager/AGM - Passenger Revenue Accounting Location: Mumbai Candidate Expectations: Candidate with 15+ years of experience into Airline Passenger Revenue Accounting Graduate in any stream with rich Airline/Travel domain experience (minimum 12+ years) Well versed with standard Industry applications and GDS (NDC One Order/One Offer, ATPCO, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, SITA) Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account Excellent communication, Strong drive for results Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization and automation Ability to travel as per project requirements Should be flexible to work in any shifts including night Shifts. Job Description : Airline Revenue Management: Revenue Management, Airline Inventory Management, Airline Demand Planning & Forecasting, Pricing Strategies, Fare Structure design, Revenue Optimization Departure Control Systems: Airline Departure Control Systems, Passenger Boarding, Web Check-in, Mobile Check-in, Kiosk Check-in, Flight Scheduling, Load planning, Documentation management Airline Disruption Management: IROPs handling, rerouting passengers, revalidation of tickets, rebooking SSRs, baggage handling, customer notification (manual/systemic) Crew Management: Crew planning & rostering, pairing duties, flight & duty time limitations, comply with safety standards, providing alerts and notifications Migration support: Passenger Service System migration support, testing all aspects of passenger booking, check-in, and ticketing from one platform to another including planning, data migration, system integration, track defects to closure.
