Senior Manager / AGM - Travel Management Domain Consultant Location: Mumbai Candidate Expectations: Candidate should have 15+ years of experience in Travel Management Domain. Job Description: Queue Management: Strong understanding of various queues like PNR servicing, Reservations & Ticketing, Voluntary and Involuntary Changes, Ancillaries, Reissues, Refunds for OTAs Fares & Pricing: Good knowledge of Airlines Fares, Pricing, Reissues, Refunds, Agency Debit Memos Sales Channels: Rich experience in managing various sales channels ? Website, Mobile Apps, Telecalls Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer interactions via various communication channels like telecalls, webchats, emails. Assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, schedule changes, ancillaries. Cross-selling products and services: Cross selling Hotels, Car Rentals, Cruise, Rail, Travel documentation assistance, Currency exchanges Supplier and Affiliate management & contracted fares: Understanding of Supplier & Affiliate contracts & onboarding management, understand contracted and negotiated fares with airlines. Flexibility to work in any shift as needed
