Asst Manager / Manager - Client Relationship & Underwriting Candidate Expectations: Any Graduate IRDA Broker Training & Certification-Preferable Job Description: Ensuring that the Client Relationship team has the requisite techno-marketing capabilities and takes complete responsibility for underwriting, client retention and cross sell. The role has both individual and team revenue targets. Responsible for underwriting and Customer Engagement WRT quotations through a detailed understanding of their insurance requirements, preparation of ?Request for Quotations?, submitting to multiple insurers to obtain competitive quotes and subsequent negotiation with insurers. Ensure Submission of Quotes to customers and follow up with them through meetings, phone and email for query resolution and closure. Responsible for end-to-end Insurance Company Co-ordination by building strong relationships with key stakeholders within insurance companies and to ensure timely quotation issuance and query resolution. Ensuring that Policy Renewals take place on all existing policies. Ensuring data formatting and post-sale docket completion and reporting - Supporting and supervising the preparation of Cross-Sale presentations, Client-Servicing presentations and reports. Ensuring updation and maintenance WRT Filing and Documentation of client files - Responsible for client Query Resolution as per established Turn Around Times (TATs).
