Candidate Specifications: Education: Engineering Graduate - Mechanical Min 14+ years of relevant experience Required Qualifications: Ensuring compliance to all contractual obligations of AMCs and CMCs Lead Mechanical team supporting procurement activities with technical inputs. Drive the implementation and strict adherence to HSE and quality standard, internal and external audit compliance. Conformance of different standards set by different regulatory bodies such as national building code, IS codes, EnMS, & IMS. Drive the individual development plan (IDP) initiatives in alignment with Human Resource function Develop functional and behavior skills of sub-ordinates, plan training needs and growth plans for eligible team members.
