Pharma domain Job Overview: We are looking for a Techno-Functional Lead with extensive experience in Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic IT eBR) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the functional design and implementation of electronic batch records (eBR) and manufacturing processes for global pharmaceutical clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge MES solutions and directly collaborate with business stakeholders, MES engineers, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Collaborate with Business SMEs/Key Users to gather functional requirements. Design and configure Process Instructions (PIs) based on site-specific and global requirements. Lead validation activities and ensure GxP compliance. Develop comprehensive documentation such as URS, FRS, Design Specs, and Test Scripts. Identify common manufacturing processes across sites and design reusable global PIs. Lead and mentor MES consultants and engineers, assigning work and reviewing deliverables. Report project status to internal leadership and client stakeholders. Essential Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in designing, validating, and implementing Process Instructions (PIs) in Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic IT eBR). Hands-on experience in documentation and validation lifecycle ? including URS, FRS, and testing protocols. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience leading project teams and managing deliverables in a structured environment.
