Job description
HighByte System Engineer A HighByte system support engineer is responsible for configuring HighByte for multiple sites, supporting the server ordering and account requests, creating the required documents and SOPs, deploying the HighByte application, configuring the connections with various systems, perform IQ testing and provide PQ test support as required. Key Responsibilities: ?Design and implement data acquisition strategies to capture real-time manufacturing data from various sources, including IoT devices, control systems, and process equipment. ?Develop and maintain data models, templates, and calculations within the HighByte system to support analytics and reporting. ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement solutions. ?Configure, build and maintain the applications built using the HighByte platform ?Work on minor enhancements and site specific customization and tag mappings ?Support server ordering and account requests (firewall request, service accounts roll out, file elevator, server access) ?Create the PreReq document that covers what is required from IT (e.g., ports, SSL certificate, etc.) ?Create the validation plan and report ?Deploy the HighByte application ?Create and execute the installation IQ/OQ documents ?Configure the required connections to source systems, and create the relevant documentation ?Prepare the PQ tests ?IQ test execution ?Support the PQ test execution ?Manage Deployment on Dev, Test and Prod Environment Essential Skills: ?Extensive experience with HighByte systems, ideally in industries like pharmaceuticals. ?Proficiency in data engineering concepts, integration, and management best practices. ?Familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL. Qualifications: ?Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. ?Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data integrity and validation.
