Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 13+ Years experience in Talent Acquisition-RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and how data analytics can be applied to enhance delivery.
5 to 6 years of managing Customers, escalations ·
Proficient in usage of applicant tracking system (ATS) with the ability to leverage its full potential. Working Knowledge of working with Avature ·
Strong delivery management and Transition experience including managing SLA, new requirements, changes etc ·
Ability to manage work independently without supervision Good to Have : A service-oriented mindset, equipped to manage and respond to a stakeholder requirement
Lead and manage a team of Recruiters and ensuring a seamless recruitment life cycle starting from intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing scheduling, digital offer management to initiating onboarding.
Strong experience of ATS and workflow management – ensuring up to date records ·
Ensure green SLAs & KPIs · Ensure building and maintenance of candidate repository & pipeline ·
Use Industry knowledge and experience to get the right fit for opening
