Management –Team Lead/Assistant Manager
Job Location: Chennai
Candidate Specification & Job Description:
Candidate Must have 4+ years of experience in Data Analyst
A detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage
data-driven business processes under our Specialty Services Business System
(SSBS) framework.
The role involves handling data management, process
automation, auditing, and reporting while ensuring compliance with SLAs and
KPIs.
Collect, validate, cleanse, and enrich structured and
unstructured data.
Maintain and update master data across systems for
consistency.
Deliver processes under SLA/ KPI-driven models.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned workflows.
Utilize RPA, OCR, and AI tools for automation of repetitive
tasks.
Process and classify documents efficiently using automation
tools.
Perform data audits and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders using Excel
and other tools.
Communicate effectively in English with clients and internal
teams.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and
Excel are essential.
Prepare clear documentation as SOPs for processes, audits,
and reports.
