Delivery Operations Manager- Content moderation 

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of improving process efficiency and driving team productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
  • Develop and implement process efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve performance
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive continuous improvement and growth
  • Prepare and present management reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in operations management in content management 
  • Strong background in operations management, transaction processing, and team productivity metrics
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and driving team productivity
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare and present management reports to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement programs and performance management strategies
