Must have
minimum Exceptional writing skills and an in-depth understanding of technical
writing principles.
Solid
understanding of Generative AI principles and their practical application in
prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical considerations for content
creation.
Must have a
strong experience in Networking skills, Cisco (routers)
Strong technical
aptitude to comprehend and simplify complex networking technologies, with a
proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new advancements
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and
AI-driven insights to proactively address content gaps.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with proven ability to lead
cross-functional teams and foster innovation.
Proficiency in content structures, CMS, source management, and
governance to implement effective content strategies.
Familiarity with structured authoring environments (e.g., DITA, XML).
