Job description
Lead end‑to‑end planning and
implementation of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
constraints.
Develop and manage detailed
project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource
allocation.
Perform functional analysis to
understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with GCC Learning
Consulting and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and
alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress,
identify issues, and make course corrections to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct regular project status
meetings and provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders.
Leverage GenAI tools to analyze
data, generate insights, create reports, and support informed decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with
organizational policies, governance standards, and industry regulations
throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks proactively and
implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Foster a collaborative,
inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.
Provide training, coaching, and
ongoing support to enhance team capability.
Evaluate project performance and
identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives.
Contribute to best practices,
process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own end‑to‑end coordination of
masterclass sessions, including planning, nominations, SME interaction,
feedback collation, and completion communications.
Support ad‑hoc reporting
requirements based on stakeholder discussions and program traction.
Work effectively across
overlapping time zones, coordinating regularly with onshore counterpart teams.
Demonstrate openness to learning
new tools, platforms, and skills to improve execution efficiency.

5–7 years of relevant experience
in project management, learning programs, or related roles.
MBA in HR (preferred).
Strong experience in planning,
executing, and tracking projects end to end.
Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving
abilities.
Ability to manage multiple
priorities and work across global teams.
Comfort working in structured and
fast‑paced environments.
An outgoing, extroverted
personality with strong collaboration skills.

Prior experience in Learning
& Development (L&D) or capability development programs.
Exposure to GenAI tools or data‑driven
reporting.
Experience working with senior

documentation skills.
Willingness to adapt quickly to
changing priorities and timelines.
