Job description
Job Title: P&C Insurance Commercial Lines (US & UK) – AGM/AVP - Mumbai
Candidate expectation & Responsibilities:
Overall 21+ years and 14- 16 years of extensive leadership
experience across different geographies (US & UK) and sub-domains especially P & C
Experience in P & C Insurance Operations Commercial lines / Sales/
Solutions / Coe
Must have thorough understanding of Property and Casualty
Insurance operations across the value chain / product life cycle covering
Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims
Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to
focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
Ability to develop new strategies, objectives and
initiatives for running successful operations, experience of developing
procedures, service standards for business excellence
Preferably external certification in P&C Insurance (CPCU
or CII certification)
Lead change management and value creation initiatives,
ensuring client’s success and enhanced customer experience
Overall responsibility for Service Delivery of a portfolio
of P&C Insurance customers cutting across multiple geographies
Meet and exceed customer expectations on Service Delivery
including Service Levels, Quality, Process efficiencies and saves and any other
Contractual requirement across the spectrum
Lead a large team · Strongly establish domain footprint
(Insurance in general and P&C in particular ) across geographies and
developing it further by winning new logos
Drive Growth and Support Sales Enablement – Participate in
bids and defence, and play active role in new logo acquisition
Domain Enrichment – Develop the P&C Domain by leveraging
the Learning modules, leveraging technology and external enablers to improve
domain quotient of the team
Lead the Insurance Delivery Practice and Centre of
Excellence (COE), for Insurance Vertical , provide forward outlook of the
industry and how the team can be equipped to handle future demands
To provide Thought Leadership, create strategic business
proposals leveraging industry experience, trends and domain knowledge; to
provide differentiated solutions to existing and new clients
To aptly understand the IT/technology, market trends,
new-age technology within P & C Insurance landscape and effectively apply
the same in creating customized proposals and solutions
To closely liaise with multiple functions/stakeholders and
create ‘Go-to Market’ strategy · To grow the Business in Insurance and develop
offerings with respect to P & C Insurance
Groom next level leadership to take on higher level
responsibilities · To contribute in the overall revenue target for Insurance
through demand creation and fulfilment
Flexible with night shifts
