• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Provide strategic financial insights and variance analysis to senior leadership.
• Drive performance management through KPI tracking and financial modeling.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP standards.

• Oversee revenue accounting processes, ensuring adherence to US GAAP.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Apply deep understanding of insurance accounting principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage financial processes specific to insurance operations including premium accounting, claims accounting, and policyholder reporting.

• Engage with global clients and senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executive management.

• Lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
• Drive automation programs using digital tools and RPA.
• Implement process re-engineering to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Standardize and optimize global finance processes.
