Job description
Job Title: P&C Insurance Broking (US/UK) – Manager – Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
Experience and Skill Requirement
Candidates with overall 11+years of experience & Relevant 8-10 years’ experience in P&C Insurance Brokerage industry
· Managing a span of 50+ resources
· Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
Responsibilities
· Review/ Audit items processed by the team and provide feedback maintain
and improve the quality
· Independently investigate, research, and resolve issues as they relate
to their assigned clients
· Act as main, day to day point of contact for clients, respond both
professionally and promptly to all inquiries
· Ensure that the scale-up & productivity goals for the team are met,
including service level, utilization, and customer satisfaction
· Facilitate generation of ideas, analyse operational risks, address
customer escalations and work with other leads to mitigate risks and establish
common goals to deliver value to the business.
· Stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external
conditions that may impact clients
· Manage open items log - ensure outstanding items closed in timely
manner.
