Job title: P&C Insurance Broking – AVP
Job Location: Mumbai/
Pune
Candidate Specification & Job Description:
20+ years of overall experience with 8-10+ years of
experience in P&C Insurance Brokerage industry, preferably US geography.
Managing a large span of resources
Experience in handling Accounts receivable and
Payables work will be added advantage.
Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker
management systems
Responsibilities
Review/ Audit items processed by the team and provide
feedback maintain and improve the quality
Independently investigate, research, and resolve
issues as they relate to their assigned clients
Act as main, day to day point of contact for clients,
respond both professionally and promptly to all inquiries
Ensure that the scale-up & productivity goals for
the team are met, including service level, utilization, and customer
satisfaction
Facilitate generation of ideas, analyse operational
risks, address customer escalations and work with other leads to mitigate risks
and establish common goals to deliver value to the business.
Stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and
other external conditions that may impact clients
Manage open items log - ensure outstanding items
closed in timely manner.
