Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3-8 Years experience in wealth
loan products, credit review, credit agreement ,credit analysis, wealth
lending, regulatory reporting
Strong knowledge of Wealth Loan products
Strong knowledge of Wealth Loan products
In‑depth understanding of
credit agreements and lending‑related documents, including rent rolls,
operating statements, and similar financial records
Experience in conducting
regulatory data tracing exercises
Good understanding of FRY‑14Q
H1 & H2 and related regulatory reporting schedules
Proven ability to collaborate
with technology teams, data governance teams, underwriters, and other
stakeholders to resolve complex data discrepancies
Strong analytical
skills with the capability to quickly identify issues, escalate as needed,
and propose effective solutions
Working knowledge of running
and interpreting Business Objects (BO) reports
Ability to track activity
progress, monitor timelines, and proactively highlight delays to the manager
