Job Title – PTP – Team lead/ Assistant Manager/ Manager
Location – Pune
Job Responsibilities
5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payables
Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
Knowledge of various ERPs’- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel Indian
Accounting Knowledge
Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills.
Strong analytical ability with solid
PTP and accounting knowledge.
Ensure timely and compliant delivery
of all Team Leader deliverables.
Drive adherence to SLA and KPI targets
with accurate reporting.
Manage quality control, audits, and
escalation handling effectively.
Prepare and monitor dashboards for
performance and service metrics.
Provide functional support in AP/AR
and build robust review & control mechanisms.
Lead process improvement initiatives
through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and cost optimization.
Contribute to strategic
decision-making with customers, driving transformation and operational
excellence
