Job Title – SCM
Consultant – AGM - Pan India
Candidate Expectations
& Responsibilities :
17-20 Years Experience in
Procurement & Supply Chain process consulting engagements
Lead and manage successful
outcomes of Projects using Transformation framework
Provide support/lead
solutioning of RFPs / RFIs by positioning Transformation solution as a
differentiator
Support Transformation group
in building and enriching Supply Chain transformation framework and capabilities
Build Proposals for short
term Procurement & Supply Chain transformation consulting engagements,
present the solutions to the prospect customers
Lead/ participate in short
term Supply Chain transformation consulting engagements at client location and
meet the deliverables of the engagements
Ideate and identify cutting
edge solutions for Supply Chain transformation and leverage them in providing
solutions to customers
Work closely with other teams
to leverage the capabilities as appropriate
Roll out transformational
practices to existing delivery accounts as assigned
Provide comprehensive support
to Solutions team in terms of RFPs / RFIs by working on identifying and
proposing transformation roadmap as part of the solutions
Deep knowledge and experience
in Procurement & Supply Chain processes, having worked in multiple
environments. Good understanding of the business environment, market dynamics,
best practices and industry trends, preferably worked in multinational organizations
and having exposure to international practices and business transformational
initiatives
Working knowledge on some IT
applications and / or tools ( SAP Ariba , Coupa, Ivalua, BY, Kinaxis , O9 etc.)
and or working knowledge on one process improvement methodology such as Lean /
Six Sigma / Balanced Scorecard / TQM / TOC etc
Consulting experience/mindset
preferred .
Excellent Communication,
analytical & interpersonal skills are must
