Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3+ Years experience in Policy Checking End to end General insurance
Minimum 3+ Years experience in Policy Checking End to end General insurance
Both Domestic and
International are fine Policy checking experience
Review and verify policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
Review and verify policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure policies comply with
internal guidelines, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
Validate client/customer
information, coverage details, terms, endorsements, and exclusions.
Identify discrepancies,
errors, or missing information and coordinate with relevant teams for
correction.
Maintain proper documentation
and records of reviewed policies.
Perform quality checks before
policy issuance or renewal.
Monitor turnaround times to
meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Generate reports on policy
discrepancies and quality metrics.
Assist in audits and
compliance reviews as required.
Stay updated with policy
updates, regulatory changes, and internal process changes.
