Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3+ Years experience in Enquiry
Both Domestic and International are
fine Policy checking experience
Handle end-to-end motor insurance
claims processing with strong knowledge of policy documents and renewals.
Manage no-claims cases efficiently
while ensuring compliance with policy terms and underwriting guidelines.
Review, verify, and process domestic
and international motor insurance claims documentation.
Coordinate with customers, surveyors,
and internal teams for smooth claim settlement and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of policy
issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims updates.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of
pending claims within defined TAT.
Analyse policy coverage details to
validate claim eligibility and minimize risk exposure.
Support renewal retention by resolving
claim-related queries and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Adhere to regulatory and company
compliance standards while delivering quality claim servicing.
