Manager/Lead - HRO Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Operations, Global HR Projects, and Transition Management.
• Develop and implement training strategies to enhance the skills of HR professionals in the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of training programs, including logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR Training and Development.

Requirements

• 5-14 years of experience in HR Training and Development, with a focus on Global HR, HR Operations, and Transition Management.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of HR Terminology and concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with training implementation and evaluation methodologies.
