Exposure to core HR processes , Working knowledge of HR
and CMS systems
Certification in HR, Policy Governance, or Quality
Management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, Six Sigma).
Proven experience in leading content governance and
calibration initiatives for global HR processes.
Expertise in risk management and compliance for sensitive
HR content across regions.
Strong consulting skills with
all levels of management and the ability to articulate concepts and
organizational perspectives in a clear and concise manner.
