Job title:
- Agency Loans (Cash Reconciliation) – Associate/Senior Associate/Process lead – Bangalore/Pune
Candidate Specification & Job
Description:
Candidate Must have 2-8 years of experience in Agency
Loan.
Perform
end-to-end cash reconciliations in TLMP for UK accounts across multiple
currencies and lending products.
Identify,
analyse, and categorise breaks (e.g., non-receipts, fees, unapplied credits).
Ensure all
reconciliations are completed within agreed cut-off timelines.
Investigate
reconciliation breaks by checking core processing systems and liaising with UK
Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.
Raise
queries in a timely, clear manner and follow through to resolution
Update
TLMP with correct status notes and maintain accurate audit trails
Adhere to
all internal control frameworks, including daily checklist completion and
exception labelling and reporting.
Escalate
aged or material breaks in line with escalation protocols.
Ensure
high accuracy and integrity of reconciliation data entered or validated in
TLMP.
Highlight
discrepancies, recurring issues, or process gaps to the UK team.
Support
continuous improvement activities to streamline workflow and enhance controls.
Maintain
clear, concise communication with UK colleagues across time zones.
Provide
daily status updates, including completion metrics and outstanding breaks.
Support
queries raised by UK stakeholders or auditors as required.
Working
knowledge of TLMP or similar reconciliation tools.
Working
knowledge of the ACBS lending platform
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to
work to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
High
attention to detail with strong control mindset.
Effective
written and verbal communication skills (English).
Understanding
of banking, payments, settlements, or lending processes.
Knowledge
of UK regulatory expectations for reconciliations (CASS awareness beneficial).
