Job description
Manager - Sales
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Sales to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with expertise in key account management, production coordination, and sales forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and ensuring delivery adherence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and improve sales efficiency
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business planning and forecasting
- Implement effective receivables and commercial control processes to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order management and delivery adherence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes to drive business growth
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of key account management, production coordination, and sales forecasting
- Excellent business planning and analytical skills, with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, with ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth
