Manager - Maintenance

Location

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of heavy engineering equipment, CNC machines, and VMC/HMC machines.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve equipment failures and downtime.
• Develop and implement corrective/preventive action (CAPA) plans to prevent future equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards and maintain a high level of quality in maintenance activities.
• Manage and maintain records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) principles.
• Experience with ISO/IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, VMC/HMC machines, and heavy engineering equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
