New Car Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct need analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences
• Use probing techniques to gather information and identify sales opportunities
• Engage in field sales and showroom sales activities to promote new cars and meet sales targets
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer their queries
• Negotiate with customers to finalize sales deals
• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers through effective customer relationship management

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
• Any degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Strong skills in need analysis, probing customers, sales and marketing operations, product demonstration, negotiations, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
