Procurement & QS- Lead 

Location

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct quantity surveys to determine the cost of materials and labor required for projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial planning and tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with project goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, such as supply chain disruptions and price fluctuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase, procurement, and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.
