Job Title – SCM
Process Mining – Assistant Manager/ Manager – Pan India
Job Role &
Responsibilities :
8-15 Years experience in SCM
Process mining domain
Collaborate with business and
senior stakeholders to translate requirements into Celonis-driven solutions.
Understanding of business
process domains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain
Design and develop Celonis
dashboards and analyses, leveraging Object-Centric Data Models (OCDM) to
uncover inefficiencies and actionable insights.
Develop project specific
use-cases and solutions aligning with business needs and objectives
Strong command of SQL/PQL to
create detailed data analysis to uncover process trends, anomalies, and root
causes of process inefficiencies. In-depth understanding of Celonis features
such as action flows, ML Workbench, and other advanced capabilities including
AI Kits would be preferred
Familiarity with ETL
processes and experience in managing large datasets from multiple sources.
Should be able to Assist in
validation and refinement of Celonis data models during project implementations
to ensure accurate process mapping and workflow representation.
Generate reports and
visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to
technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support value discovery
workshops to identify, define, and prioritize high-impact use cases.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that provide ongoing
insights for process optimization and automation.
Functional Engineer to
design, implement, and scale high-impact process mining use cases.
Strong Experience and
Understanding of Process Mining Tools (Celonis Preferred) to diagnose
inefficiencies, unlock value opportunities, and develop advanced dashboards and
applications that enable data-driven digital transformation.
Accountable for driving
efficiency and value creation across the span of operations and collaboration
with Delivery Excellence and other support teams.
