Job description
Roles and Responsilbilties:
Design and implement end-to-end HRO solutions as per
business needs.
Understand client workforce needs, identify opportunities
for process improvement and propose suitable HRO models.
Drive presales discussions, proposal development, and
solution presentations and standardized solution templates and frameworks.
Prepare costing models, pricing structures, and commercial
proposals.
Implement automation and digital HR tools into solution
offerings and enhance deliveries of HRO portfolio.
Key Skillset:
Must have experience in end to end solutioning in HRO.
