Job title - Head of Operations (AVP)
P&C broking
Location – Mumbai / Gurgan
Key Responsibilities:

15 years of experience in operations,
with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the insurance or financial
services sector.
Lead and oversee end-to-end operations
including client servicing, claims, underwriting, and policy placement.
Drive operational excellence by
implementing efficient processes, performance metrics, and scalable systems.
Ensure full compliance with IRDAI
regulations and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to
execute strategic objectives and support business growth.
Manage and mentor cross-functional
teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Optimize operational costs through
effective budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate operational
risks while ensuring robust governance and compliance frameworks.
Champion technology adoption and
digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
Strengthen coordination across sales,
underwriting, claims, compliance, and finance functions.
Monitor operational KPIs, present
performance insights to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement
initiatives
