Job description
Corporate Procurement Specialist where you will leverage
your expertise in project procurement management and operational procurement to
drive efficiency and innovation.
With a focus on OFA-Procurement Contracts and
Ariba Category Procurement you will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement
processes.
This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with a day shift
schedule allowing you to contribute to impactful projects without the need for
travel.
Lead the procurement process by developing and implementing
effective strategies to optimize project procurement management.
Oversee operational procurement activities to ensure timely
and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Provide expertise in OFA-Procurement Contracts to negotiate
favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement
strategies with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify
opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
to ensure reliable supply chain operations.
Utilize Ariba Category Procurement tools to streamline
procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
Monitor procurement metrics and KPIs to assess performance
and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry
regulations in all procurement activities.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve
procurement-related issues and challenges.
Support the development of procurement policies and
procedures to standardize operations.
Contribute to the company’s sustainability goals by
promoting environmentally responsible procurement practices.
Drive innovation in procurement processes to enhance the
company’s competitive advantage.
Possess a strong background in project procurement
management with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrate expertise in operational procurement and the
ability to manage complex procurement activities.
Have experience with OFA-Procurement Contracts and the
ability to negotiate effectively.
Be proficient in using Ariba Category Procurement
tools to optimize procurement processes.
Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and
supplier performance.
Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Display a commitment to continuous improvement and
innovation in procurement practices.
