Job description
Manage procurement processes to
ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Oversee project procurement
activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate operational
procurement tasks to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
Implement indirect procurement
strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
Utilize Ariba for category
procurement enhancing procurement processes and supplier relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to identify procurement needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research to
identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and
agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and
address any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Provide support in developing
procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Analyze procurement data to
identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of
procurement reports and presentations for management review.
Support the implementation of
procurement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Possess a strong understanding of
project procurement management principles.
Demonstrate expertise in
operational procurement processes and practices.
Have experience in indirect
procurement and developing cost-effective strategies.
Be proficient in using Ariba for
category procurement and supplier management.
Exhibit excellent negotiation and
communication skills.
Show ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Display strong analytical skills
to assess procurement data and trends.
