•Should have techno commercial capability with Customer interaction & solution presentation skills

•Should have good IT infrastructure technical understanding covering areas such as: Compute (On-prem & Cloud), Network, Security, End User and Service Management including Managed Services & Digital Transformations

•Good knowledge on various service assurance, automation tools, ITIL / ITSM process

•Should have good knowledge on various pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, TCO and ROI analysis

•Proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills

•Detail and articulation of solutions and ensure proposal completeness

•Good knowledge on industry IT trends, Analyst reports and various TPA processes such as Gartner, Everest, Forrester, ISG, BCG, HfS, IDC 

•Should be Independent Contributor and an effective Team Player who is a self-starter
