Job description
Job Title: AGM – F&A R2R Tower Lead
Location: Mumbai
Candidate
Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 17- 20 years of
relevant experience in R2R.
CA /CA Inter/BCOM/PGDM Qualification is preferred.
Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger,
Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting.
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards
(GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM,
BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc
Manage people’s performance, recruitment,
productivity, and appraisals.
Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and
project management for operational excellence.
Collaborate with clients and internal
stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.
Champion transformation, automation, and
continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools
Strong domain knowledge in Accounting
Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior experience.
Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP
ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI,
Alteryx.
Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management,
presentation, articulation, and multitasking.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI
governance, audits, and business contract management.
Expertise in project management, transition,
and process transformation initiatives.
Need to be open working in Australia Business Hours
