Job description

Roles and Responsibilties:
Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, implement, and optimize HR workflows using the ServiceNow platform.
Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
Work with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for HR processes.
Experienced with integrations of HR requirements to Service Now enhancing the HRSD upgradation.
Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, HR case management and Knowledge Management.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy standards.

Key Skillset:
Must have experience in designing and implementation of solutions using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
