Team Lead - Asset Data Management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Asset Data Management professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective commissioning supervision, site commissioning, and site commissioning & testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for transformer maintenance and asset management.
• Monitor and analyze asset health data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain asset data management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements

• 5-12 years of experience in Asset Management, Asset Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Assets Health Management, and Asset Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of transformer OEM and commissioning supervision.
• Experience in site commissioning, site commissioning & testing, and transformer maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze asset health data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to develop and maintain asset data management systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
